The production and sales of automobiles were 29,015,400 and 28,878,900, an increase of 3.19% and 3.04% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 11.27 percentage points and 10.61 percentage points lower than the same period last year. Among them, the production and sales of commercial vehicles were 4,208,700 and 4,160,600, a year-on-year increase of 13.81% and 13.95%.

In December 2017, the production and sales of heavy trucks were 92,900 and 66,300, down 5.22% and 21.82% month-on-month, and down 5.46% and 12.02% year-on-year; this was the second consecutive month of decline since the first decline in November. With the huge base laid in ten months, the growth momentum in 2017 is unshakable! In 2017, the production and sales of heavy trucks were 1,149,700 and 1,116,900, a year-on-year increase of 55.07% and 52.38%. It can be said that this achievement made a strong mark in the history of heavy trucks in our country.

From the perspective of corporate competition, FAW Jiefang has sold a total of 241,000 various heavy trucks from January to December, ranking first in the industry, with a year-on-year increase of 62.7%. On the whole, Big Brother's performance in 2017 was close to perfect!

Second place, Dongfeng has accumulated sales of 216,000 heavy trucks, a year-on-year increase of 51.5%. Dongfeng's performance in the first two months is eye-catching, and its monthly sales ranks first in the ranking.

The third place Sinotruk has sold a total of 19 million heavy trucks this year, an increase of 54.9% year-on-year. The status of Sinotruk in engineering vehicles, especially mixer trucks, cannot be shaken.

The fourth place Shaanxi Automobile has accumulated sales of 173,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 60.2%. Foton continues to maintain its fifth position in the heavy-duty truck industry. Since the beginning of this year, it has sold 114,000 heavy-duty trucks, a year-on-year increase of 45.6%. Judging from this result, the top five heavy-duty truck industry from manufacturers to rankings are consistent with 2016.

The sixth place was JAC Motors' annual sales of 51,000 heavy trucks, a year-on-year increase of 19.2%; the seventh place, SAIC Hongyan, sold 40,000 vehicles, an increase of 157.9%; the eighth place, Dayun Automobile sold 30,000, a growth rate of 26%; Ling Motor ranked ninth with 19,000 units, an increase of 28.7%; the tenth place Beiben heavy truck sales were 14,000, an increase of 39.3% year-on-year. The sixth to tenth manufacturers have changed a little. In 2017, Hongyan jumped to seventh place with the industry's first growth rate.
